Services

Mālie Wellness promotes a calm, compassionate and approachable environment that is suited to any level. Sessions focus on techniques such as mindfulness, visualisation, sound, mantra and moving (e.g. walking, drawing) meditations, with the intention of helping people create a regular practice.

Corporate meditation

  • Customised to meet your organisation’s goals. These sessions can take place before work, at lunch time, after work or as part of team building days. The sessions are facilitated in-person or virtually.

Tailored mindfulness program

  • A six to eight-week program catered to the group or organisation’s needs. This program has a combination of theory and practical exercises to support a daily mindfulness practice, beyond sitting meditation. Think drawing, dancing and sound meditations. Meet Danielle Alves 

Founder of Mālie Wellness

Danielle was first introduced to mindfulness twenty years ago. Having experienced anxiety since childhood, she has personally witnessed the transformative benefits of meditation and mindfulness.

Over the past decade, Danielle has worked at top-tier companies, navigating her own experiences with stress, anxiety, and burnout. Her passion for mental wellness stems from these lived experiences, and she is committed to helping others incorporate mindfulness into their everyday lives.

She founded Mālie Wellness as a space for individuals to reconnect with themselves amid the busyness and fast-paced nature of modern life.

Danielle is an accredited meditation teacher through the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness and is a member of the Meditation Association of Australia.
